Elite Sports Builders is honored to announce the award of Outdoor Tennis Bronze Facility of the Year (2019) by the American Sports Builders Association for Tempe Kiwanis Tennis Center.
This uniquely complex project was a collaborative effort between the City of Tempe, Valley Rain Construction and Elite Sports Builders. The courts at Tempe Kiwanis Tennis Center are constructed with post-tensioned concrete in conjunction with the Plexicushion Prestige Cusion Surfacing System on every court—providing players with a cushioned, high-performance playing surface.
The site was designed with player comfort and convenience in-mind, complete with easily accessible center walkways, covered players’ benches, and water bottle filler stations at each court. The tennis center has even been equipped with the cutting-edge Playsight System.
